Focus for the week: BECOME FEAR AWARE

This week you will learn…

  • How fear controls you in ways you don’t even know — extinguish its power over you for good.
  • Why confident, high-achieving people are often the ones most driven by their fears, yet have no idea this is the reason why they work so hard and aren’t happier or more free.
  • What your Brand of Fear is — so you can identify when fear is what’s holding you back. Move past denying your fear, and use honesty to bust through and get what really makes you happy.
  • How to use fear to your advantage — and do what all truly happy, free and successful people know about working with fear.
  • Learn how you can live from a Miracle Mindset and create Miracles in your life every day — no matter what’s going on in this crazy world.

These first 7 days are all about you and the fear that’s been hanging out in your mind, body, heart and spirit.

It’s all about AWARENESS—noting how fear shows up and where it shows up, in your life and in your body, and what its impact has been on you.

Remember this is an ADVENTURE—nothing to “figure out” here—just EXPLORE, EXPERIENCE and OPEN up your mind to see NEW things. Your fear will want to tell you that there is some right answer for you to get to, but there’s nothing for you to do here but observe and become more aware.

We’ve got 40 days together … be patient. Trust in the process. Have faith in love.

BUILD YOUR FAITH & LOVE MUSCLES…

A.M. WAKE UP: The Mantra. Open your eyes, close them, and repeat this mantra to yourself for at least a minute, or until you can feel it. Even if it feels a little weird or wonky, keep at it!

DAYTIME: Amp up your awareness of how fear shows up, how you make choices from fear or from faith and love, and what the impact is. Use the weekly focus to bring more awareness to your actions, mindset and interactions with others.

P.M. BEDTIME REFLECTION: Do a Fear/Love Inventory. Check in with yourself and reflect on these questions:

  • How did I choose faith in love today? What was the impact?
  • How did I choose faith in fear today? What was the impact?”
  • Celebrate your love choices.

BONUS OPTION:
Get a journal just for this Fear Cleanse—keep a page a day for 40 days. On each page draw two columns. Fear on one side. Love on the other. When you do your P.M. bedtime reflection, write your answers to the questions in the corresponding columns. You’ll be amazed at what you learn over the course of the 40 days!
