TRANSFORM A CHALLENGING RELATIONSHIP : Use this love bubble to make a shift in a relationship that’s flaring up, cooling it down inside of you to let more love in

This is a five part exercise with some juicy and thought provoking questions that when done in sequence have the power to help you make the internal shift necessary before anything good can happen on the outside.

Ask yourself these questions, and write down your answers here so we can witness your transformation.

  1. What current relationship causes the a lot of flare ups for you?
  2. Describe the flare up and how you are currently feeling about the person (don’t hold back, it’s okay to have your feelings and judgments here)
  3. What is the REAL source of this flare up inside yourself -
  1. LOVE RINGS – person in the wrong love ring, unrealistic or unexpressed expectations
  2. LOVE CRACKS – activated love crack, protecting yourself or projecting the pain in your love crack into this situation
  3. SELF CONNECTION – not getting the love you need so your ‘fuse’ is shorter, or you’re looking outside for what you can only give inside, or projecting what you don’t like about yourself onto this person
  4. DIVINE CONNECTION – not feeling connected to your 24/7 downline to the universe, you are projecting your fear or lack of faith

4. What is the lesson that this person is bringing forward for me to learn?
5. What do I need to forgive myself for?
